But seriously we understand you are busy and to support you our K9 Kab Limousine is available. We pick up and deliver from your front door making it easy to get off on your holiday or back to work when you get home.

Our Mercedes Vans have been fitted to ensure a safe and comfortable trip between your home and the resort.  Our K9 Kab Limousines are all heated and cooled throughout and all our guests travel in their own private and secure crate.

We travel across the Mornington Peninsula, South Gippsland and Melbourne Metro areas daily, including Saturdays.  If you are interested in finding out more about this service, what days and times we come to your area and the cost just give us a call or drop us an email.

WHAT TIME CAN I EXPECT MY PICK UP OR DROP OFF?

This service runs Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturday mornings every week. We operate the service generally between the hours of 6am and 9am. We operate it early in the morning so that the dogs are in the vehicle for the shortest amount of time. When you request a K9 Kab Limousine collection or delivery we will contact you the day before to confirm a more accurate time frame for our arrival at your home (usually a 60 mins time frame). Our drivers also have your contact details (should they get stuck in traffic) to advise you if there is a delay. Operational days for this service are subject to change around public holidays.

Someone does need to be at your home when we come to collect and also when we drop off. If it can’t be you then a family member, friend or neighbour is also acceptable. The person who receives your dog on drop off is responsible for their health and wellbeing until you return to care for your dog.

WHAT DOES THIS SERVICE COST?

Rates are quoted and charged per trip (not per dog) and include the GST. Please contact our office on 03 5978 5831 or send us an email enquiry for the cost of travel between your suburb and the resort.

DROP OFF CONFIRMATIONS

If you have booked the K9 Kab Limousine for your dog to be returned home then please note that you MUST call and confirm once you have returned home. We will send you an SMS reminder the day before your dog is due to depart the resort. It is your responsibility to call and confirm you are home. If calling out of hours then please leave a message confirming your name and dogs name and that you are home. Our drivers check the answering machine from 4am so even if you leave your message in the middle of the night, we will get it. If you get delayed or we don’t hear from you then your dog will stay with us at the resort, safe and sound, until we hear from you. No need to worry if you get stuck in transit without the ability to reach us. We find this provides peace of mind to all.
