During their stay, dogs enjoy playtimes to suit their needs.  For our social guests, supervised playtime and opportunities for social interaction in our spacious outdoor areas are the order of the day.  For our guest who prefer their own play spaces, they have playtimes one on one with our carers.  Our experienced carers ensure that all play sessions are safe and appropriate, and for guests that play together that are matched with suitable and compatible companions.

Throughout the day, dogs also have access to their suites, so they can rest and recharge as they need it.

Your dog’s safety and wellbeing are our highest priorities.  Our experienced team and managers live onsite, ensuring that dogs are cared for no matter what the time of day or night, as it is needed. Our luxury accommodation for small and medium breeds is best suited to dogs who enjoy a calm and comfortable boarding environment.

Many of our guests benefit from supervised play, social interaction and structured daily routines while still having plenty of time for rest and relaxation.  We do also care for guests who prefer the company of those with 2 legs over 4, because every dog has a unique personality, we encourage pet owners to contact our team to confirm whether our resort is the right fit for their dog.

Can all small and medium dogs stay at the resort?

Our accommodation is designed specifically for small and medium sized breeds. If you are unsure whether your dog is suitable, please contact our team and we will be happy to assist.  We do also have another Resort, Dogs Country Club and Kennel Resort, that we may recommend for your dog based on our discussions with you about your dogs individual needs.

Will my dog have time to play during their stay?

Yes. Dogs enjoy supervised playtime and activity in our spacious, covered outdoor areas each day.

Are dogs supervised while they stay?

Yes. Our experienced team and managers live onsite to ensure dogs are monitored and cared for 24 hours a day.

Can you accommodate dogs with special requirements?

In many cases we can accommodate dogs with additional care needs. Please contact our team so we can discuss your dog’s specific requirements.
